What’s your returns policy?
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. If you use the item or remove or tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.
Unfortunately, delivery and return costs are not refundable. You’ll have to pay for the postage unless you’re returning faulty or damaged items.
To avoid any delays in returning your item, please include the following information:
- Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number
- Email address (the one you use to log on to your account with BELLVERI)
- Order number
How do I return by post?
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bellveri.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you need advice on returning by post, our customer services team will be happy to help. Responses are taking a bit longer than usual, so please contact us at sales@bellveri.com.
The product I purchased is faulty, what should I do?
We’re very sorry you have received a faulty item.
Please contact us in writing on sales@bellveri.com with the details of the problem, images (if applicable), and your order number. We may inspect it and determine the problem and report back to you. If the item is found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement (if you request one) or a complete refund. However, we will not provide a refund if the item is not faulty but has been subjected to excessive wear and tear, overuse, or deliberate damage.
I have received the wrong item, what should I do?
We regret that this has occurred, please fill out the Contact Us form so that our Customer Service staff can sort it out for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns on items such as:
- Hair accessories
- Any worn clothing of footwear (this does not affect your statutory rights)
- Hats
- Underwear

Swimwear (unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place)

custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you are returning something and need the same product in a different size or colour, you need to place a new order for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return according to our return policy as soon as we receive it.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, Please allow 14 days for your refund to arrive. We'll get in touch when your refund has been processed.
Lost or Stolen
Bellveri is not accountable for shipments that are lost or stolen. We will do our best to assist you with the carrier that shipped your package, but after an order has been marked as delivered, we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost or stolen. When placing a purchase, it is important to give thorough and complete shipping information. Bellveri is not liable for packages that are not delivered caused by incorrect shipping address information provided by the customer during the purchase checkout.
